The Colours Within- December Workshop
An invitation to slow down, explore your inner world and express yourself through colour.
Take a little time for yourself and step away from the busyness of the festive period.
The Colours Within is a gentle, creative workshop inviting you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and explore the relationship between colour, feelings and self-expression.
Through a combination of guided meditation, mindful painting and intuitive collage, we'll explore the colours we feel drawn to and the thoughts, emotions and associations they can hold for us.
You'll have the opportunity to experiment with different creative materials, create a little handmade keepsake and develop a piece of artwork inspired by your own personal exploration.
This is a space to pause, play, reflect and reconnect with your creativity, without worrying about artistic skills or creating something perfect.
Whether you're familiar with art-making or simply curious to try something new, you're very welcome.
No previous creative experience is needed, and all materials are provided.

I encourage everyone to approach one another with kindness, openness and respect, helping to create a welcoming space where people feel comfortable being themselves. Please also be mindful of one another's privacy and treat anything shared within the group with sensitivity and discretion.
Most importantly, take things at your own pace and be gentle with yourself. If you feel uncomfortable or need some support during the workshop, please feel free to come and speak to me.
